    MALIA LAZU

    Malia is an award-winning, tenured strategist in diversity & inclusion who has sparked deep economic development and investment in urban entrepreneurship for over twenty years. In her most recent role as EVP and Regional President at Berkshire Bank, Malia worked to generate wealth for communities by expanding access to capital and spurring economic growth —especially in communities of color that have traditionally been left behind.

    Malia began her career as a political organizer and bridge-builder founding Mass VOTE, a state-wide voter engagement campaign. She has led culture-shifting campaigns for the actor and civil rights activist Harry Belafonte, as well as businessmen and philanthropists like Peter Lewis and George Soros.

    ANDY COHN

    Boasting an esteemed 20-year career, with extensive experience in both traditional and digital media, Andy Cohn has distinguished himself as a leader in the music media industry. Cohn joined The FADER staff in 2003 as Associate Publisher and soon after was promoted to publisher. In 2010, he was named President and Publisher of The FADER on the heels of the company’s successful expansion into the digital, experiential and mobile realm. The widely renowned publication is the unofficial guide to “what’s next in music,” and is credited with giving early exposure to top artists, including Kanye West, Bon Iver, Nicki Minaj, Outkast, The Strokes, Drake and The White Stripes.

    JocCole "JC" Burton, LEED AP BD+C, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Maven Construction, the full service general contracting firm under the Woodline Solutions umbrella. Maven Construction, a women-owned Boston, Massachusetts based company provides full service general construction management, energy solution and energy retrofits in the built environment. Over her 20+ year career, Ms. Burton has acquired invaluable expertise from the most competitive general contractors where she has completed more than 65 projects with more than a billion dollars of construction.

    JOHN BORDERS IV

    John owns his own business doing business development and consulting, focused on minority and women owned businesses Previously he’s worked in educational technology, generating revenue and creating strong partnerships. John worked at the Boston Celtics for 5 years overseeing corporate partnerships and served in state government under Governor Deval Patrick
