Cardio Dance
Our signature dance class blends Beyonce-worthy choreography (we love a good twerk sesh) with multiple rounds of HIIT, to sweat your way to a tighter, toned body. This is not your mama’s Cardio. Dance class. Come for the fun, stay for the outrageous caloric burn. Sneakers Required. All levels welcome.

Sculpt
Our signature strength training class focuses on tightening and toning the whole body with an emphasis on booty work. Fusing elements of HIIT, core work, Pilates, and body weight exercises targeted towards arms, abs, legs, thighs, and butt, Sculpt will have you feeling the burn and looking back at it all damn day. We promise. Bring your own mat. Weights and resistance bands used. All levels welcome.

Pilates
Pilate is a healing modality that we believe is meant for all people. Mat and Reformer-based Pilates classes focus on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements. Modifications are suggested for beginners or for those with physical limitations and is suitable for all levels.
